Shipping
- Orders ship from South Korea.
- Customer-paid EMS is calculated from verified packed weight and dimensions. TracX will appear only after its contracted rates and API are enabled.
- The displayed rate includes current carrier surcharges and a 5% safety margin.
- Delivery estimates exclude customs delays. An unavailable rate means checkout for that SKU and address is blocked.
Taxes & duties
Taxes collected by Shopify are paid at checkout. Import duties, customs handling and charges not collected at checkout are paid by the recipient under DAP terms. Carrier or government charges are not LivingCreator revenue and may require a separate refund claim with that authority.
Returns & refunds
- Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Change-of-mind items must be unused and resalable; return shipping is paid by the customer.
- For defective or incorrect items, LivingCreator pays reasonable return shipping.
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Shopify. Bank processing time can vary.
- Mandatory local consumer law applies whenever it provides stronger rights.
